Some people—like the anti-whaling activists at the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society—devote their lives to saving animals. Others—like the creative minds at VonZipper—devote themselves to making people look good. When the two pursuits come together, cool things tend to happen—like VonZipper’s new Sea Shepherd sunglasses ($85-$100).
Based on three existing VZ styles, the Sea Shepherd shades are distinguished by their unique lens and frame colors (the blueish hues are designed to reflect the paint job on the Shepherds’ iconic ship, the Bob Barker). The new style was born out of a collaboration between the two organizations, and proceeds from each sale go toward the Shepherds’ ocean conservation efforts.
